How do you insert HTML and files/attactments to the replies and stuff ](*,)

(a href=http://www.google.co.uk/)google(/a) <--this is how you make a link to another site, except you change ( to < and ) to >. However, you do not need that on this site, as you can press URL which is just below the Subject box and then type in the url, then press URL again and you are done.

As for files, if they are on the internet, all you do is find their url and do as shown above for a normal url. If the file is offline there is nothing you can do, except upload it to somewhere on the internet.

Here is a good site for free file uploading, there is a maximum of 50MB but no bandwidth restriction:
