PHP Designer 2006 - BETA now out!

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/mpsphp.html

Well, I have had PHP designer 2005 for a while now and just noticed 2006 is out in the BETA phase. Great for debugging scripts.. got almost everything you need and it's free!

Debugging scripts is easy just download apache, and PHP on your computer and debug from there. Or you can use XXAMP apache friends.

PHP Designer 2006 is an editing environment, specialized for PHP coders. It offers syntax highlighting and an extended code library for PHP, HTML and SQL as well as file browser, built-in FTP, project support and more. The strongest feature is the large number of ready-to-insert functions, that are available for database queries, FTP, file system and many other uses, as well as a full library of PHP resources. A built-in Task Manager allows you to maintain a Todo list of scripts that you are working on. Even though it lacks support for execution and preview of PHP scripts Unless you have Apache installed), the program provides a comfortable environment with many time saving features.

Freeware

Yeh, It's great! The de-bugging feature if one of the best things about it. With notepad you can't debug but if you download xampp or PHP just link to the php.exe file from within the PHP designer program then that's it. The debug works very well. It's got to do list and other useful features too!

You will like it 8)

Dreamweaver is cool.. neat for HTML too (although it can provide unesscary markup).. although I prefer PHP designer for PHP stuff because you can debug etc... Depends on what rocks your boat! Icon_smile
