I've gone to a pretty cool site to get good 3rd Part Software for Joomla editing. Especially this one, which is also the question. There is a program called GIMP something, which let's me edit the Templates. Not the file, but talking about the backgrounds/colors etc...And the thing is that, can I use "that" program to paint the Template, and then use it??

I've finally managed to get everything going, I've gotten about 60-70 % of the site made, in GMIP right? And now, I wanted to really test what it's like lol.

Do I have to add anything to make it work?? Because when I test it, I get the same message everytime

I've gotten it work now....It seems it takes some time for Joomla to update the template. It works now thanks.

But the error was that when I uploaded the Template it didn't show when I refreshed the site, and so I thaught I need to add some stuff to make it work or something
